The calculators and the property lookup run entirely in your browser. What you type into them — addresses, prices, dates — is sent to the public government services each tool queries (the U.S. Census geocoder and Florida DOR data layers for the lookup; FEMA's and USDA's maps for the flood and USDA lookups). Two tools also ask this site's own small server for a county record: the closing estimate (the county tax bill) and the trash-pickup lookup. That request carries only the county and the parcel number the lookup found; the server passes it to the county, keeps a copy of the county's answer for up to a day so repeat lookups are fast, and stores nothing else. Income you enter in the USDA income check never leaves your browser at all.

Like every website, the service that hosts these pages keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time). This site sets no cookies of its own and has no accounts or forms. If you open a shared link that includes an address, the page removes the address from the browser's address bar before any ad or analytics script can read it.

Visit counts

To see which pages people use, this site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; it counts page views, the site that linked you here, your country and device type, and how fast the page loaded. It never sees what you type into a calculator. Cloudflare explains it at cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
