The calculators and the property lookup run entirely in your browser. What you type into them — addresses, prices, dates — is sent to the public government services each tool queries (the U.S. Census geocoder and Florida DOR data layers for the lookup), never to this site: we have no server that receives it, and we never see what you look up.

Like every website, the service that hosts these pages keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time). This site sets no cookies of its own and has no accounts or forms.
